TBIC Member Visits Around SelectUSA 2026

Around the SelectUSA Investment Summit 2026, TBIC visited member communities and partners in Virginia, Maryland, Tennessee, Indiana, and Georgia.

Before the Summit, TBIC attended the Select Hampton Roads event hosted by the Hampton Roads Alliance and the Virginia Economic Development Partnership. The program provided valuable insights into the region’s strengths in defense, energy, aerospace, logistics, and related industries. Following the Summit, TBIC continued with meetings in Chattanooga, Dalton, Rome, Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, and Gainesville.

The visits offered an important opportunity to strengthen relationships with TBIC members and partners, gain updated insights into regional assets and developments, and better understand the local value propositions TBIC represents to European companies. These conversations are essential to TBIC’s work of connecting European companies with the right U.S. communities and supporting long-term transatlantic investment.

FDI Recruitment Program at SelectUSA Investment Summit 2026

SelectUSA may be over, but the conversations are far from finished! Through TBIC’s FDI Recruitment Program, we connected 20 of our members with European companies attending the Summit. The meetings opened the door to many valuable conversations around U.S. expansion plans, location needs, and next steps, and created strong new connections between our members and companies exploring the U.S. market.

It was also great to see so many familiar faces from across the transatlantic investment community and to welcome many of you at our Transatlantic Happy Hour together with JESCO, Inc. and Offit Kurman. This was our most successful Happy Hour yet, and we are grateful to everyone who joined us and made it such a great evening.

Thank you to everyone who met with us, joined us, or stopped by throughout the week. We look forward to continuing the conversations started at SelectUSA!
